Abstract
Lilium cultivars, ¢¥Le Reve¢¥ and ¢¥Casa Blanca¢¥ had high bulblet regeneration rate, and ¢¥Pesaro¢¥ showed highest bulblet weight. Though there were some differences among the cultivars, flower stems and/or bulb scale segments were found to be desirable explant sources for bulblet. BA was very effective for bulblet formation, and growth, but they were inhibited by kinetin treatment. Relatively low concentrations of NAA stimulated bulblet formation in ¢¥Dame Blanche¢¥ and ¢¥Casa Blanca¢¥ and enhanced bulblet weights of ¢¥Casa Blanca¢¥ and ¢¥Acapulco¢¥.
